[scope:ephemeral] Prefect orchestration engine LIVE (Apr 29 2026): Two user-level systemd services (prefect-server, prefect-worker) running on localhost:4200. 4 scheduled deployments for morning news briefing at 07:28/10:00/14:00/19:00 BST. Project: ~/projects/prefect-flows/. Reactive integration pattern implemented (PAR-32 Done): on_failure handler → Discord alert + Linear issue creation. Known issues: DDGS rate limiting (PAR-37), classifier tuning needs validation (PAR-36). Phase 3 (parallel run) is Ready. Old cron 94a3e9603597 still active pending parallel run.
