  • Structure: All-stock merger, dbt Labs + Fivetran
  • Combined ARR: ~$600M with 10,000+ customers
  • Leadership: Tristan Handy (Co-Founder, President, board seat — OSS/community charter). George (Fivetran CEO) leads as CEO.
  • Product commitments: "dbt will still be dbt. Fivetran will still be Fivetran." No renaming, no disruptive changes.
  • OSS strengthened: Fivetran has 100+ OSS dbt packages, 5 FTEs dedicated. May open-source connectors and connector dev kit.
