Morning news briefing flow built with 6 tasks (scan_feeds, search_blocked_sources, classify_articles, deep_research, format_briefing, deliver_briefing). 33 tests passing. Model tiering: gemini-2.5-flash-lite for classification, gemini-2.5-flash for research, no LLM for formatting. Flow replaces cron 94a3e9603597. Linear issue: PAR-19.
