Also use shutil.which() instead of hardcoded ~/.hermes/bin/ path. NVIDIA DeepSeek outage Apr 26 2026: All deepseek models on NIM hung (infinite connect, no error). Other models (llama, nemotron) worked fine. Transient — recovered after ~30min.
