[scope:ephemeral] Hermes re-platform DONE (Apr 2026): Branch upgrade/replatform-2026-04-26 on fresh upstream. ANDON guard (5 points), NVIDIA NIM, cron gemini-cli fallback ported. Mnemosyne plugin replaces custom memory (4-layer: working/episodic/scratchpad/KG). 2 bugs fixed (lstrip, UnboundLocalError). 16 entries + 13 KG triples migrated. TODO: restart gateway, run full test suite, merge to main.
